Fall Tour with Zéphyros Winds

It was fun to try out a new program with Zéphyros Winds on tour this fall. We performed the quintet/piano arrangement of Barbers Knoxville: Summer of 1915 with my wife, soprano Elizabeth Pacheco Rose for the first time in its entirety. Also on these programs were Lalo Schifrin’s La Nouvelle Orleans, the Fine Partita, Mozart’s Adagio and Allegro in F minor, an arrangement for quintet of Mendelssohn Midsummer Night’s Dream Suite, and the US premiere of Wolfgang Rihm’s Quintet.
