Guest Artist Residency at University of Colorado-Boulder
Posted on February 6, 2012
From February 4-6 I was a guest artist at my alma mater University of Colorado-Boulder. I performed a recital including the music of Brahms, Mignone, Philippe Hersant, and Tamplini. Narrowly avoiding flight cancelations because of a harrowing snow storm, I made it just in time to give a master class with the terrific bassoon studio there of Yoshi Ishikawa. Students performed the works of Jolivet, John Williams, Vivaldi, and Nussio.
